   For guests’ comfort all units have a living room with TV and a nook with microwave and refrigerator.

   Rooms are decorated in bright, refreshing colors.

   All have ceiling fans and some have air conditioning.All beds are king size with box springs.

   Single beds have a device that magically transforms them into super king-size double beds.

   Triplex apartments(with one or two bathrooms) come with a double bed and two singles.

   Duplexes have a double bed and singles two single beds.
